Heat oil in a nonstick pan, in hot oil add cumin seeds, when cumin seeds starts slathering add chopped onions and carrots.
Cook it for little time then add chopped capsicum and let it cook for few seconds.
Now add ginger garlic paste along with green chillies and cook the mixture well.
Now add tomatoes and mix well and cook for 1 minute then add turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, pulao masala, salt and mix all the ingredients well.
Now add green peas and beetroot and cook it for 30 seconds.
Now add cashew nuts and raisins and mix well then add boiled basmati rice along with green garlic and mix rice well with other spices.
Now add coriander leaves mix well and serve the delicious pulao and enjoy.
