How to Make Mexican Style Bhel | Street Food Recipe

  • 15-20 Nachos.
  • 3 tbsp Cooked American Corn Kernels.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Cucumber.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Carrots.
  • 3 tbsp Finely Chopped Onions.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Tomatoes.
  • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.
  • 50 gm Mamra or Puffed Rice.
  • 2 tbsp Besan Sev.
  • 50 gm Fried Corn Flakes.
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala.
  • 1 tsp Green Chutney.
  • 1 tsp Jaggery Tamarind Chutney.
  • Some Fresh Coriander Leaves.


  • Break the nachos and put in a big bowl then add in fried corn flakes, puffed rice or mamra, corn kernels, cucumber, onions, tomatoes, carrots, coriander leaves, besan sev and mix well.
  • Now sprinkle some chaat masala and again mix well then add in green chutney, jaggery tamarind chutney and mix well.
  • Now put the bhel in a serving plate and garnish with some coriander leaves and nachos and serve.
