Ingredients
15-20Nachos.
3tbspCooked American Corn Kernels.
2tbspFinely Chopped Cucumber.
2tbspFinely Chopped Carrots.
3tbspFinely Chopped Onions.
2tbspFinely Chopped Tomatoes.
1tbspFinely Chopped Coriander Leaves.
50gm Mamra or Puffed Rice.
2tbspBesan Sev.
50gm Fried Corn Flakes.
1tspChaat Masala.
1tspGreen Chutney.
1tspJaggery Tamarind Chutney.
Some Fresh Coriander Leaves.
Instructions
Break the nachos and put in a big bowl then add in fried corn flakes, puffed rice or mamra, corn kernels, cucumber, onions, tomatoes, carrots, coriander leaves, besan sev and mix well.
Now sprinkle some chaat masala and again mix well then add in green chutney, jaggery tamarind chutney and mix well.
Now put the bhel in a serving plate and garnish with some coriander leaves and nachos and serve.
