- 100 gm Mixed Moong Dal and Rice.
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder.
- Water as per required.
- Salt as per taste.
Heat water in a pressure cooker, add in salt and turmeric powder, bring it to boil.
Now add in dal and rice mixture and cook it till all the water get absorbed and rice and dal become dry, delicious Khichdi is ready, serve hot.
