This Indian fast food dish is not just the delicious but it is also a very healthy as it is prepared from various kinds of vegetables like potatoes, beans, carrots etc….. but you can also add other veggies whichever you like. Ingredients for Matar Pulao Recipe:

Main Ingredients:
3 Boiled and Mashed Potatoes.
½ Cup Grated Carrots.
¼ Cup Chopped Fenugreek.
3-4 Blenched and Chopped Beans.
2 tbsp Corn Flour.

Spices / other Ingredients:
Salt to Taste.
Pepper to Taste.
1 Grated Cheese Cube.
1 Cup Bread Crums.
Oil for Frying.
4 tbsp Water.

Garnishing / Serving:
Tomato Ketchup.
Red Chilli Sauce.

How to Make Veggie Fingers:

  • Add all the ingredients in a big mixing bowl and mix it well.
  • Shape the mixture like a finger.
  • Add little water in corn flour and make paste from it.
  • Dip all the veggie fingers in corn flour paste one by one.
  • Coat them with bread crums.
  • Heat oil, fry the veggie fingers till they become golden brown and crispy.
  • Take them out and serve with tomato ketchup or chilli sauce.
