How to Make Veg Bread Omelette | Breakfast Recipe | Vegetarian Omelette.

Hello friends today here we are with a very simple, easy and quick Indian vegetarian breakfast recipe which is known as veg bread omelette. This is specially made for vegetarians who loves to have omelette but due to eggs they stay away. Mainly this eggless omelette Indian recipe is prepared from bread slices, gram flour, split black gram flour, onions, tomatoes and some other spices. This is really very simple and easy to make plus requires very less time to cook is well.

All the required ingredients to make this quick veg bread omelette are very simple and commonly available in grocery shops and markets. You can prepare this bread omelette without egg for your morning breakfast or evening snack or pack in kids Tiffin boxes. Ingredients for Veg Bread Omelette:

Main Ingredients:

3 Bread Slices.
50 Gram Flour or Besan.
2 tbsp Split Black Gram Flour.
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Onions.
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Tomatoes.
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.

Other Spices/Ingredients:

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder.
1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder.
½ tsp Garam Masala.
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
Salt as per taste.
Oil as per required.

Garnishing:

1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup.

Veg Bread Omelette Preparations:

  • Take gram flour and split black gram flour in a bowl then add in salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, ginger garlic chilli paste, onion, tomatoes and some water.
  • Now mix all the spices and ingredients well to make batter from it.
  • Now heat a non stick tawa, take one bread slice and apply gram flour batter on both sides of bread slice nicely.
  • Now put some oil onto the tawa and put bread slice on it.
  • Now put some oil on upper side of bread slices and cook both sides of bread till get cooked nicely.
  • Make all three veg bread omelette ready similarly then divide them into two pieces and put in a serving plate.
  • Finally garnish it with tomato ketchup and serve hot.
