How to Make Stir Fried Radish | Mooli ki Bhruji | Mooli ki Subzi.

Hello friends today here we are with a very delicious and healthy Indian curry recipe which is known as stir fried radish. This yummy and tempting curry belongs to punjabi cuisine and it is also a special punjabi curry is well. Mainly it is prepared from boiled and chopped radish, radish leaves and some other spices. Radish leaves are required more than radish in this curry. It is really very simple and easy to make mooli ki sabzi plus requires very less time to cook is well.

Ingredients for Stir Fried Radish:

Main Ingredients:

1 ½ Chopped and Boiled Radish and Leaves of 3 Radish.

Other Spices/Ingredients:

¼ tsp Ajwain.
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder.
½ tsp Fennel Powder.
½ tsp Coriander Powder.
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder.
½ tsp Amchoor.
Salt as per taste.
1 Pinch Asafoetida.
1 tbsp Olive Oil.

Stir Fried Radish Preparations:

  • Heat oil in a kadai then add in ajwain, asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder, fennel powder and red chilli powder.
  • Now mix all the spices well then immediately add in boiled radish and leaves along with salt and amchoor.
  • Now mix the radish with all the spices well then cover and cook the curry for 1-2 minutes at medium flame.
  • After 1-2 minutes turn the heat off and take out the healthy and delicious stir fried radish curry in a serving plate and serve with roti or fulka.
