How to Make Spinach Besan Noodles | Palak Sev Recipe.

Hello friends today here we are with a very famous Indian snacks recipe which is known as spinach besan noodles. It is exclusively available in Indian grocery shops, farsan shops and sweet shops. But rather than buying from shops its batter to make at home because homemade spinach sev is more healthier and tasty than that of shops. Mainly it is prepared from spinach, gram flour, green chillies and some other Indian spices. This sev tastes really amazing crunchy from outside and soft from inside.

This is really very simple and easy to make plus requires very less time to cook is well. All the required ingredients to make this quick spinach besan noodles are very simple and commonly available in grocery shops. You can make this palak sev for morning breakfast or as evening snack. Along with this you may also like sev puri, sev tomato gravy, sev tomato curry, sev khamani and much more………

Ingredients for Spinach Besan Noodles:

Main Ingredients:

50 gm Spinach.
150 gm Gram Flour or Besan.

Other Spices/Ingredients:

3 Green Chillies.
1/8 tsp Rock Salt or Halite.
¼ tsp Chaat Masala.
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder.
Salt as per taste.
3 tbsp Oil.
Oil for Frying.

Spinach Besan Noodles Preparations:

  • Put spinach, green chillies and about 2-3 tbsp water in a mixer jar and blend it to make coarse mixture and take out the paste in a bowl.
  • Now add in oil and with the help of hand blender mix the paste well.
  • Now add in salt, rock salt or halite, chaat masala, red chilli powder and mix well.
  • Now add in gram flour in paste and knead dough from it, make sure that consistency of dough should be like as you can make sev from it.
  • Now take a mould and put thin hole net in mould and fill it with gram flour and spinach dough.
  • Now heat oil in a kadai then make sev in hot oil and fry sev till become cook nicely from both sides.
  • Now take out spinach sev in a plate and let it cool for few minutes then put the sev in an air tight container and enjoy.
