How to Make Protein Rich Dosa at Home | Adai Dosa Recipe.

Hello friends today here we are with another healthy and delicious south Indian main course recipe which is known as protein rich dosa. This is really very simple and easy to make plus requires very less time to cook is well. Mainly is prepared form rice, chana dal, moong dal, tuvar dal, udad dal and some other spices. Dosa and idli both of them are very popular in India and people have much craze to have them in breakfast.

You can prepare this quick protein rich dosa for morning breakfast and serve with coconut chutney. For making this dosa you have to soak the rice and lentils few hours before making so you can consume time. With being super delicious this adai dosa is also very healthy and fully nutritious. Along with this you may also like some other south Indian recipes like jini dosa, bisi bele bath, rava idli, idli chaat, sambar upma etc…….

Ingredients for Protein Rich Dosa:

Main Ingredients:

1 Cup Rice.
1 tbsp Split Bengal Gram or Chana Dal.
1 tbsp Split Green Gram or Moong Dal.
1 tbsp Split Red Gram or Tuvar Dal.
1 tbsp Split Black Gram or Udad Dal.

Other Spices/Ingredients:

1 tbsp Ginger.
8-10 Garlic Cloves.
Salt as per taste.
¼ tsp Fruit Salt.
3 Dry Red Chillies.
6-8 Curry Leaves.
Oil as per required.

Serving:

Coconut Chutney.

Protein Rich Dosa Preparations:

  • First put rice, chana dal, moong dal, udad dal, tuvar dal in bowl and wash with water then soak them all in water for 3 hours.
  • After 3 hours drain the water and put all the dals and rice mixture in mixer blender.
  • Now add in ginger, garlic, red chillies, salt, curry leaves and blend all the ingredients till become smooth paste.
  • Now take out the batter in a bowl then add in fruit salt and mix well.
  • Now put a non stick tawa on gas to heat, put some batter on tawa and make a thin dosa.
  • Now put some oil dosa and cook till become crispy, make all the dosa ready similarly and serve with coconut chutney.
