Paratha Recipe | Indian Flat Bread | Parathas.

It is one of the very delicious Indian bread recipe invented by Nikunj Vasoya. It is very healthy Indian paratha recipe as it is made from wheat flour and yogurt, both of these ingredients are very healthy and rich in nutrients. Maski paratha recipe is very easy to make.

It requires very less time for preparations is well, Ingredients used in this yummy paratha recipe are very common and are available in almost every kitchen of the world. It looks very similar to the regular paratha’s but tastes very different than the regular paratha’s. Main Ingredients:
200 grams Wheat Flour.
100 grams All Purpose Flour.
2 medium Size Finely Chopped Onions.
50 grams Yogurt.

Spices / Other Ingredients:
50 grams Butter.
8 tsp oil.
3 tsp Garlic Slices.
1 tsp cumin seeds powder.
1 tsp Asafetida or Hing.
1 tsp Ginger Paste.
Salt to Taste.

Paratha Recipe Preparations:

  • In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour and wheat flour.
  • Add ginger paste, onions, garlic slices, asafetida or hing, cumin seeds powder and salt to taste.
  • Mix all the things very well.
  • Add yogurt and oil.
  • Mix it again and add water as require and make the soft dough from it.
  • Again apply some oil on it.
  • Make the small balls from it of equal sizes and cover it with some flour.
  • Make the simple chapattis as we make and apply oil on it.
  • Fold it.
  • Roll a little and apply some oil on it.
  • Again fold it and deep it into the Flour.
  • Roll it towards the each angle.
  • Fry it on griddle or tawa.
  • Apply butter on it when it is half cooked on either side.
  • Turn the side and again apply butter on it and press it little.
  • Take it out in a serving plate.
