Main Ingredients:

200 gm Maida or All Purpose Flour.
650 gm Whipped Cream.
½ Cup Chopped Oranges.
½ Cup Chopped Pineapple.

Other Spices/Ingredients:

260 gm Condensed Milk.
1 tsp Baking Powder.
½ tsp Baking Soda.
100 gm Butter.
2-3 Drops of Vanilla Essence.
3 tbsp Kiwi Crush.
6-7 tsp Sugar Syrup.

Garnishing/Serving:

Some fruits of Your Choice for decoration.

Mix Fruit Cake Recipe Preparations:

  • Sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda together thrice.
  • Mix condensed milk and butter with electronic bitter.
  • Add sieve flour into condensed milk mixture and mix it well with spoon.
  • Now beat it well with bitter.
  • Now add little water and vanilla essence, again beat well with bitter.
  • Pour the mixture into a 7 inch (dusted) tin.
  • Keep it in a pre heated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degree celsius.
  • After 25 minutes give it a check and let it be cool.
  • cut the cake into three layers horizontally.
  • Now soak the first layer with sugar syrup.
  • Cover it with whipped cream.
  • Put some chopped oranges and pineapple pieces on it and place the second layer on it.
  • Now soak it with sugar syrup and cover with whipped cream.
  • Put the kiwi crush on it and place the third layer of cake on it.
  • Again soak with sugar syrup, cover it with whipped cream.
  • Now cover the whole cake with whipped cream and put the cake in fridge for 2-3 hours.
  • Decorate the cake with whipped cream and fruits of your choice.
