How to Make Mango Jalebi Recipe.

Mango jalebi is one of the very delicious and mouthwatering Indian sweet recipe. it is a creative and newly invented recipe by one of the talented and creative chef of Foodon TV network. Ingredients for Mango Jalebi:

Main Ingredients:
1 Alphonso Mango Ripe.
250 gm Sugar.
200 gm Maida.

Spices / other Ingredients:
250 ml Water.
Milk.
100 gm Curd.
500 gm Ghee. 

Garnishing / Serving:
Silver Wark.
1 gm Kesar or Saffron.

Mango Jalebi Preparations:

  • Mix maida and curd 1 day before to create batter.
  • Melt sugar with water to make syrup out of it.
  • Add milk to solution to remove the blackness of the syrup.
  • Cut mango slice and keep it aside.
  • Heat ghee in a pan, make oil hot.
  • Once oil get hot dip the mango slice in the batter and fry it in pan.
  • Once fried soak it in the sugar syrup then take it out.
  • Garnish it with saffron, silver wark and serve.
