Malpua Recipe | Rajasthani Sweet Recipe.

Malpua is an authentic and traditional Indian dessert recipe, this delicious malpoa recipe belongs to the rajasthani cuisine, it is very much popular in rajasthani cities as well as in entire India. Peoples make this easy malpua recipe at the time of festivals, marriages, anniversaries or any special occasions in India.

In India everybody likes to eat sweets or desserts specially kids, this dessert is really very delicious in taste and you can make it more or less sweeten according to your taste, it takes little more time but tastes really awesome. Main Ingredients:
200 gm Maida or Plane Flour.
400 gm Coconut Milk.

Spices / Other Ingredients:
300 gm Sugar.
25 gm Grated Coconut.
6 tsp Ghee.
½ tsp Soda Bi-carb or Baking Powder.

Garnishing / Serving:
50 gm Pistachios or Pista.

Malpua Preparations:

  • Add 200 gm of maida or plane flour in a big mixing bowl.
  • Add soda Bi-carb, coconut milk and start bleaching it.
  • Again add 100 gm of Coconut Milk. Do this thrice.
  • Make thin batter and keep it a side.
  • Add 300 gm of sugar and half glass of water in a pan and make sugar syrup.
  • Put the grated coconut in a big plate.
  • Heat the griddle or tawa.
  • Put few drops of ghee on it.
  • Take Batter and put it at the centre of Tawa.
  • Take a spoon deep it in Water and shape the Batter.
  • Put few drops of ghee around malpua.
  • Turn the side and apply some ghee on this side also.
  • Cook each side for 2 minutes.
  • Put this into the Sugar Syrup.
  • This will be more crispy and more sweet as compared to other malpua which you make later on.
  • Take malpua out and put it on to the grated coconut.
  • Sprinkle some pistachious on it.
