Ingredients for Soya Manchurian Recipe:

Main Ingredients:
1 Bowl Soya Chunks (Soaked and Boiled).
½ Cup Grated Carrot.
1 Cup Chopped Spring Onions.
1 Piece Capsicum.
¼ Cup Gram Flour.

Spices / other Ingredients:
1 tsp Chopped Ginger Garlic.
1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce.
1 tbsp Soya Sauce.
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup. (Optional).
2 tsp Corn Flour.
Salt and Black Pepper Powder as per taste.
Oil for Deep Fry.

Garnishing / Serving:
Some Chopped Spring Onions.
Tomato Ketchup.

Soya Manchurian Recipe Preparations:

  • Remove the water from boiled soya chunks.
  • Grind it in a mixer blender.
  • Add gram flour and 2 tsp oil and mix well.
  • Add carrot and salt to taste and mix it well.
  • Make lemon size balls from it.
  • Deep fry the balls until become golden brown.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
  • When oil gets hot saute ginger garlic, spring onions and sliced capsicum for little.
  • Add mixture of corn flour and water, cook it for 15 minutes.
  • Add salt, black pepper powder, chilli sauce and soya sauce.
  • Cook it for 5-10 minutes more at a medium flame, till the gravy thickens.
  • Add deep fried balls in the prepared gravy.
  • Add water to the gravy if it is very thick then add tomato ketchup (it’s optional) for taste.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, once ready turn the heat off and take it out.
  • Garnish it with spring onions and serve hot.
