It is really very simple and easy to make plus requires very less time to cook is well. Mainly it is prepared from paneer, capsicum, tomato and some other spices. Texture of this capsicum paneer recipe is dry and goes really good with paratha, naan, kulcha and you can also have it with simple roti.

Ingredients for Paneer Capsicum Tomato Curry:

Main Ingredients:

250 gm Chopped Capsicum.
200 gm Paneer or Indian Cottage Cheese.
2 Big Chopped Tomatoes.

Other Spices/Ingredients:

½ tsp Cumin Seeds.
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder.
½ tsp Coriander Powder.
½ tsp Fennel Seeds.
¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder.
¼ tsp Garam Masala.
1 Pinch Asafoetida.
Salt as per taste.
1 tbsp Oil.

Paneer Capsicum Tomato Curry Preparations:

  • Heat oil in a non stick pan, add in cumin seeds and wait till starts slathering.
  • Now add in asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder, fennel seeds and red chilli powder.
  • Mix all the spices well and saute for little time.
  • Now add in capsicum along with salt and mix well with spices and cover and cook for 3-4 minutes at medium heat.
  • After 3-4 minutes open the lead and add in little more salt, garam masala, paneer cubes, tomatoes and mix al l the ingredients well.
  • Now cover and cook it for 3-4 minutes at medium heat.
  • After 3-4 minutes open the lead and if you see some water then cook it for further 2 minutes.
  • Now turn the heat off and take out the delicious curry in a serving plate and serve.
