How to Make Maggi Noodles Fritters | Maggi Pakora | Snacks Recipe.

Hello friends today here we are with a very unique Indian fritters recipe which is very delicious and amazing in taste and known as maggi noodles fritters. Mainly this snacks recipe is prepared from cooked maggi, gram flour, onions, cabbage, capsicum and some other Indian spices. This maggi pakoda recipe is really very simple and easy to make plus requires very less time to cook is well. While cooking maggi you have to remember one thing that don’t cook the maggi completely, it should be about 90% cooked only.

All the required ingredients to make this quick maggi noodles are very simple and commonly available in grocery shops and markets. You can prepare this for morning breakfast or as evening snack and serve with tomato ketchup or any other chutney of your choice. Along with this you may also like some other Bhajiya or pakora recipes like kuttu flour pakora, bread pakora, poha pakora, mirchi fritters, onion pakoda etc……

Ingredients for Maggi Noodles Fritters:

Main Ingredients:

1 Small Packet of 90% Cooked Maggi.
3 tbsp Gram Flour.

Other Spices/Ingredients:

2 tbsp Finely Chopped Onions.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Cabbage.
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Capsicum.
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.
1 tbsp Sooji or Rava.
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
3 Finely Chopped Green Chillies.
Salt as per taste.
Oil for frying.

Maggi Noodles Fritters Preparations:

  • Take cooked maggi in a bowl then add in onions, cabbage, capsicum, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, salt, rava or sooji and gram flour.
  • Now mix all the ingredients with hands gently then add in about 2 tbsp water.
  • Make batter for pakodas, be careful while adding water.
  • Now heat oil in a kadai , when oil gets heated make small sizes of pakodas from batter and put in oil for frying.
  • Fry the pakodas till become nice golden brown then take out in a serving plate and serve hot.
