How to Make Kachchi Kadak at Home | Kutchi Fast Food Recipe.

It is well known as Kachchi kadak and exclusively available at street food shops and carts. Mainly it is prepared from toast pieces, onions, tomatoes, potatoes and some other spices and ingredients. Taste of this fast food dish is really very tempting and mouthwatering which makes everyone’s taste bud change.

This is really very simple and easy to make kutchi kadak recipe plus requires very less time to cook is well. All the required ingredients to make this quick kachchi kadak are very simple and commonly available in grocery shops and markets. With being tempting and mouth clicking this traditional kutchi recipe is also very healthy and nutritious is well. Ingredients for kachchi Kadak:

Main Ingredients:

150 gm Toast Pieces.
1 Big Grated Potato.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Onions.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Tomatoes.

Other Spices/Ingredients:

2 tbsp Dabeli Masala.
2 tbsp Spicy Peanuts.
2 tbsp Besan Sev.
2 tbsp Pomegranate Grains.
1 tsp Grated Fresh Coconut.
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.
3-4 tbsp Jaggery Tamarind Sweet Chutney.
1 tbsp Green Chutney.
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder.
½ tsp Asafoetida.
Salt as per taste.
Water as per needed.
2 tbsp Oil.

Garnishing:

Some Fresh Coriander Leaves.

Kachchi Kadak Preparations:

  • Heat oil in pan then add in asafoetida, Dabeli masala and roast both for about 30 seconds.
  • Now add in grated potato and mix and roast with Dabeli masala for 1 minute.
  • Now add in red chilli powder and mix well with potatoes, now add in water as per needed along with salt, sweet chutney and green chutney, cook the mixture till start boiling.
  • Now add in tomatoes, onions, spicy peanuts, coriander leaves and cook the mixture for about 1 minute.
  • After 1 minute put toast pieces in it and mix well, toast will soak the mixture.
  • Now take out the delicious kachchi kadak in a serving plate then put some sweet chutney, green chutney, fresh coconut, pomegranate grains, some raw onions and tomatoes.
  • Finally garnish with some coriander leaves and besan sev and serve.
