One of the best thing about this sandwich is that you don’t need oven for making this delicious sandwich and another good thing is that you just need few ingredients which are very common and available exclusively everywhere. Main Ingredients :

3 Slices of White Bread.
4-5 Slices of Onions.
4-5 Slices of Tomatoes.

Spices / Other Ingredients :

6-9 tsp Butter.
6 tsp Mayonnaise sauce.
Some Chat Masala.
Some Grated Cheese.
Some Capsicum.

Garnishing /Serving:

Tomato Ketchup

Grilled Cheese Sandwich Preparations:

  • Apply some Butter on one slice of bread then some Mayonnaise.
  • Apply some Butter, Chat Masala, Cheese on another bread slice.
  • Put tomato slices and again sprinkle some Chat Masala.
  • Put previous layer of Bread on top of this.
  • Turn the side and apply some butter and mayonnaise on it.
  • On top of it put slice of onion.
  • Sprinkle some chat masala and capsicum.
  • Take another bread slice and apply some butter, Mayonnaise and Cheese.
  • Put this on to the top of second layer and press it gently.
  • Heat tawa or griddle.
  • Put the Sandwich on Tawa and apply some Butter.
  • Roast it until it gets Golden Brown and Crispy.
  • Turn the side and Roast it same as on other side.
  • Take it out and turn the heat off.
  • Divide it into two parts.
