How to Make Garlic Chutney Powder | Indian Chutney Recipe.

Hello friends today here we are with a very special and unique Indian chutney recipe which is known as garlic chutney powder. This is a dry chutney specially prepared for vada pav in Maharashtra. But you can also make this chutney for other fast food and snacks and serve. Mainly it is prepared from garlic cloves, dry coconut, sesame seeds, whole kashmiri dry red chillies and salt. Best thing about this chutney is that you just need only 5 ingredients.

For making this quick garlic chutney powder you just have to roast dry coconut, sesame seeds and dry red chillies then in a mixer jar put them along with garlic cloves and salt and grind them to coarse powder. This way your spicy and unique chutney will be ready. Along with this you may also like some other chutney recipes like mango chutney, basil ki chutney, fasting chutney, coriander chutney etc…….

Ingredients for Garlic Chutney Powder:

Main Ingredients:

½ Cup Garlic.
1 Cup Grated Dry Coconut.

Other Spices/Ingredients:

½ Cup White Sesame Seeds.
10-12 Whole Dry Kashmiri Red Chillies.
Salt as per taste.

Garlic Chutney Powder Preparations:

  • Heat pan then add in grated dry coconut and roast until it turns golden colour then keep aside.
  • Now dry roast the chillies then take out in a plate.
  • Now dry roast sesame seeds till it slightly splitter and keep aside.
  • Now put all the roasted ingredients along with salt and garlic cloves in a mixer jar and blend to make a course powder.
  • You can also add groundnuts if you want.
  • Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 5 days and enjoy with roti and snacks.
