Main Ingredients:
1 Litre Milk.
8-10 Rasgullas (Cut into ½).
Spices / Other Ingredients:
100 gm Sugar.
200 gm Fresh Cream.
little Addible Yellow Colour.
1 tsp Vanilla Essence.
Garnishing / Serving:
Few Chopped Pistachios.
Pinch of Saffron.
Easy Rasmalai Recipe Preparations:
- Heat milk.
- When it starts bubbling add sugar in it.
- Cook it for 5-10 minutes at a medium low heat.
- Add fresh cream in it and Mix it very well.
- Stir it continuously and cook it until it reduced by 25% or you can reduce more if you want.
- Divide all the rasgulla’s into 1/2 from the centre.
- Add food colour in it (you can also use real saffron in it) and mix it very well.
- Add rasgullas in it and cook it for further few minutes.
- Turn the heat off and add 1 tsp of vanilla essence and mix it nicely.
- Garnish it with few pistachios and some real saffron.
