Ingredients for Coriander Chutney:

Main Ingredients:

Some Fresh Coriander Leaves.
4-5 Medium Size Green Chillies.
Around 25 gm Salty Pea Nuts.

Spices / Other Ingredients:

1/2 tsp of Salt.
2 tsp of Sugar.
1 Lemon.
1/2 Inch Ginger.
Little bit of Water.
Some Garlic.

Coriander Chutney Preparations:

  • Chopp the coriander leaves and put it into the blender.
  • Remove the stem of green chilies and roughly Chopp it and add it to the Blender.
  • Add pea nuts, salt, sugar, garlic, ginger, water and squeeze the lemon.
  • Blend it and make the smooth chutney from it.
