How to Make Chinese Spring Dosa | Mumbai Street Food | Indo Chinese Dosa.

Hello friends today here we are with one another delicious and tempting fast food recipe which is known as chinese spring dosa. This dosa is made by the combination of two different cuisines one is south Indian and other one is indo chinese. Usually people like to have masala dosa or sada dosa or mysore masala dosa but, if want to try something new then try this once at your home and I am sure you’ll goanna love it.

Mainly it is prepared from dosa batter, some vegetables, schezwan chutney, soy sauce and some other spices. This is really very simple and easy to make spring dosa recipe plus requires very less time to cook is well. With being super delicious and yummy it is also very healthy and nutritious too. Along with this you may also like some other dosa and idli recipes like pav bhaji dosa, protein rich dosa, jini dosa, stuffed kachori idli, uttapam pizza etc…….

Ingredients for Chinese Spring Dosa:

Main Ingredients:

1 Cup Dosa Batter.
3 tbsp Thinly Chopped Cabbage.
3 tbsp Thinly Chopped Capsicum.
3 tbsp Thinly Chopped Onions.
2 tbsp Thinly Chopped Carrots.
2 tbsp Sprout Moong.

Other Spices/Ingredients:

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
Salt as per taste.
Pinch of Ajinomoto.
3 tbsp Schezwan Chutney.
1 tsp Soy Sauce.
1 tsp Vinegar.
1 tbsp Oil.
Oil for Making Dosa.

Chinese Spring Dosa Preparations:

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan then add in ginger garlic chilli paste and saute at high flame for little time.
  • Now add in thinly chopped vegetables along with sprout moong, salt, ajinomoto, vinegar, soy sauce and saute at high heat for little time.
  • Now add in about 1 tbsp schezwan chutney and cook it at high flame for 2-3 minutes.
  • After 2-3 minutes turn the heat off and take out the mixture in a plate and keep aside to cool.
  • Now heat a tawa, when tawa gets heated put some dosa batter and give shape of dosa.
  • Now put oil around the dosa and cook it till become crispy.
  • Now apply about 1 tbsp schezwan chutney on dosa the put some veggies mixture at centre and fold the dosa.
  • Now take out the delicious chinese spring dosa in a serving plate, make another dosa similarly and serve hot.
