The taste of the dish can be ascribed to red chillies but the precise set of component for the recipe can differ. Main Ingredients:

150 gm Boneless Chicken.
1 ½ tsp of Curd.

Spices / Other Ingredients:

2 tsp of All Purpose Flour or Maida.
¼ tsp of Red Chili Powder.
¼ tsp of Black Pepper Powder.
¼ tsp of Ajinomoto.
Salt to taste.
¼ tsp of Ginger Paste.
1 tsp Green Chili Sauce.
½ tsp of Tomato Ketchup.
¼ tsp of Soya Sauce.
½ Lemon.
8-10 Curry Leaves.
7 Green Chillies Divided into 1/2.
1 tsp Finely Chopped Garlic.
1 Egg.
1 tsp of Corn Flour.
Red Colour.

Garnishing / Serving:

Some Coriander Leaves.

Chicken 65 Recipe Preparations:

  • Heat the oil.
  • In a plate add corn flour, all purpose flour, salt, very little ginger paste and crack one egg.
  • Mix all the things very well to make batter.
  • Add chicken cubes in batter.
  • Fry the chicken in hot oil.
  • Cook chicken at very low heat so it can be nice golden brown and crispy.
  • Fry your chicken for just 3-4 minutes.
  • Take it out in a plate.
  • In another Kadai heat 2 tsp of oil.
  • Add chopped garlic, some curry leaves, green chillies, chicken pakoda, curd, very little garlic and ginger paste, green chili sauce, tomato ketchup and soy sauce.
  • Mix all the things very well.
  • Add red chili powder, black pepper powder, ajinomoto, very little salt, very little colour and squeeze lemon.
  • Mix all the things very well and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn the heat off and garnish it in your style.
