Cheese Paratha Recipe | Cheese Recipe.

Cheese paratha is one the great Invented Indian paratha recipe by Nikunj Vasoya. After working for few years on this paratha today I am going to share my very special invention cheese paratha. It is very delicious as well as healthy Indian paratha recipe made from cheese, apple, wheat flour, gram flour and some other Indian ingredients.

This is very simple recipe to make at home as well as it requires very less time and gives a very unique and awesome taste. All the ingredients used in this easy cheese apple paratha are very common and available in almost every grocery shops. With this paratha you can also check other paratha recipe like maski Paratha, parat paratha and much more.

Main Ingredients:
100 gm Cheese.
1 Apple.

Spices / Other Ingredients:
200 gm Wheat Flour.
50 gm All Purpose Flour.
4 tsp Oil.
Puree of 2 Apples.
50 gm Butter.
Salt to taste.

Garnishing / Serving:
Tomato Ketchup.
Some Grated Cheese. 

Cheese Paratha Preparations:

  • Put both the flours into a mixing bowl.
  • Add salt and oil.
  • Mix it very well.
  • Add apple puree and bind it and make nice dough.
  • Give it a rest for at least 30 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into small equal sizes of balls.
  • Sprinkle some flour onto the rolling board and roll the paratha.
  • With the help of cutter cut the paratha and remove the thick edges.
  • Make all the parathas similarly.
  • On one paratha grate apple and then cheese and spread it equally.
  • Put another paratha on it to make it one piece paratha.
  • Seal it with folk.
  • Greece the pan with little butter and roast the paratha at a little slower heat.
  • When it is half cooked apply ½ tsp butter on either side and turn the side.
  • Take it out and cut it into 4 equal sizes.
  • Garnish it with some grated cheese and tomato ketchup.
