Main Ingredients:

4 slices of white Bread or Multi Grain Bread.
100 gm Mozzarella Cheese.
1 small Capsicum cut into small cubes.

Spices / other Ingredients:

1 small hot chilly cut into rings.
Pizza Mix Spice.
Chaat Masala.
6  tsp Butter.

Garnishing / Serving:

Tomato Ketchup.
Chutney of your Choice.

Cheese Chilli Sandwich Preparations:

  • Apply butter on two slices of breads.
  • Grate half of cheese on both slices.
  • Put chilli rings on both.
  • Sprinkle pizza mix and chaat masala on both slices.
  • Again grate remaining cheese on slices and cover it with other two slices of breads.
  • Heat pan, apply butter on one side of sandwich and put on tawa for roasting.
  • Turn the side after every 30 seconds. Apply butter on another side.
  • Cook it at a very low heat until it became golden brown and crispy.
  • Cut it into two parts and serve it hot with chutney of your choice or tomato ketchup.
