1 Cup Chivda.
1 Medium Size Chopped Tomato.
1 Medium Size Chopped Onion.

Spices / Other Ingredients:

Red Chili Powder.
Coriander and Cumin Seeds Powder.
Salt.
1 Finely Chopped Red Chili.
½ Lemon.

Garnishing / Serving:

Fresh Coriander Leaves.
½ Lemon.

Bhel Preparations:

  • Put chivda in a big mixing bowl.
  • Add chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped red chili and fresh coriander leaves.
  • Mix it nicely.
  • Add salt, red chili powder, coriander and cumin seeds powder and squeeze half lemon.
  • Mix all the things very well.
  • Serve this in a steel bowl and garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
